Our Famous Pies

Step through the door of a Rolling Pin bakery and you’ll be greeted by the heavenly aroma of home baked goodness. Our team of amazing pastry cooks pride themselves on award winning quality, ensuring that each and every pie is baked to golden perfection.

Our meat pies have won over 250 awards including twice being named “Australia’s Best Pies” and twice judged “Australia’s Best Pasties” and most recently, “Australia’s Best Gourmet Pie 2016” for our Country Lamb and Rosemary Pie. Our reputation has earned us appearances on channel 9’s Today Show and Postcards Travel Show, and a feature in the Herald Sun’s ‘Victoria’s Top 100 Food Experiences’.

All our pies are made from 100% Tasmanian Greenham Natural Beef. Completely free of hormone growth promotants and fed on some of the world’s cleanest natural grasses, it’s guaranteed to be tender and succulent every time.

Trimmed and prepared by our local butcher, the beef is braised for 2 hours to melt in your mouth tender, then encased in our famous puff and shortcrust pastry. Yum!!

Our extensive savoury menu includes 15 award winning gourmet pies and a range of pasties, sausage rolls and quiches, including family sizes.
